Overview
Lily Rose Photography, Inc. operates Labrot Studios and Labrot Boudoir.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of:
- related webpages, online forms, resources, galleries, products, and services that link to these terms
In these Terms and Conditions, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lily Rose Photography, Inc., Labrot Studios, and Labrot Boudoir.
By accessing or using either website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Do not use our websites if you do not agree to these terms.
Website Terms Versus Client Agreements
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our websites.
Photography sessions, events, classes, workshops, memberships, products, artwork, and other paid services may be governed by a separate proposal, contract, invoice, order form, release, or written agreement.
When a separate written agreement conflicts with these website terms, the separate written agreement controls with respect to the service or purchase it covers.
Information presented on our websites does not replace the terms of a signed photography agreement.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book or participate in a boudoir session.
By submitting an inquiry or making a purchase, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement.
Photography services involving a minor require the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
Permitted Use
You may use our websites for lawful personal purposes, including:
- Learning about our services
- Viewing publicly available portfolios
- Submitting an inquiry
- Scheduling a consultation
- Purchasing an available product or service
- Accessing resources we have made available to you
You may not use our websites or content in a way that violates any law, infringes another person’s rights, harms our business or clients, compromises website security, or interferes with another visitor’s use of the websites.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, videos, text, graphics, logos, designs, page layouts, downloadable resources, and other original content appearing on our websites are owned by or licensed to Lily Rose Photography, Inc.
This content is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- Download, copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute website content
- Modify or create derivative works from website content
- Use photographs for personal, editorial, promotional, commercial, or artificial-intelligence training purposes
- Remove copyright notices, watermarks, credits, or ownership information
- Use our names, logos, photographs, or written content in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation
- Scrape, harvest, index, or systematically collect website content
- Sell, license, sublicense, or commercially exploit website content
Viewing content on our websites does not transfer ownership or grant a license beyond the limited right to view the content through your browser.
Any personal-use rights granted to photography clients are governed by their separate photography agreement or image license.
Client Privacy and Photographs
Photographs shown on our websites have been displayed with permission or under another lawful basis.
You may not copy, identify, contact, harass, impersonate, profile, or otherwise misuse anyone depicted on our websites.
Boudoir photographs and the stories connected to them deserve particular care and respect.
Booking or participating in a photography session does not automatically give us permission to publish your photographs. Portfolio and promotional use are governed by a separate model release or written authorization.
Our treatment of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Inquiries and Submitted Information
When you submit an inquiry, form, questionnaire, review, testimonial, or other material, you represent that:
- The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You have the right to provide it
- It does not violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights
- It does not contain unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or malicious content
- It does not contain viruses, harmful code, or deceptive links
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or reserve a date.
A date or service is not reserved unless the requirements stated in the applicable proposal or contract have been completed.
Reviews, Testimonials, and Feedback
You retain ownership of original feedback, reviews, and testimonials you provide.
When you give us written permission to use a review or testimonial, you grant us a nonexclusive right to reproduce and display it for the approved promotional purpose.
We may edit a testimonial for length, spelling, or clarity, but we will not intentionally change its meaning.
Nothing in these terms prevents you from sharing an honest opinion about our products, services, or business.
Accuracy of Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.
Website content may contain typographical errors, outdated information, incomplete descriptions, or technical inaccuracies.
Photographs are presented for illustrative and portfolio purposes. Results vary based on the people, location, lighting, wardrobe, weather, creative choices, selected services, and other circumstances involved.
Website content is provided for general information and does not create a guarantee about a particular result.
Pricing and Availability
Prices, collections, promotions, products, and service descriptions may change without notice.
Website pricing may represent starting prices, typical investments, or selected offerings rather than a complete quote.
Availability is not guaranteed.
A personalized proposal may include travel, lodging, permits, assistants, additional coverage, products, taxes, shipping, or other costs based on the requested service.
The price and scope stated in an accepted proposal, order, or signed agreement will govern that transaction.
Purchases and Payments
Products and services available through our websites may be processed by third-party platforms and payment providers.
You agree to provide current and accurate billing, contact, and payment information.
We may decline or cancel a transaction when:
- Payment cannot be processed
- Information appears inaccurate or fraudulent
- A product or service is unavailable
- A pricing or description error occurred
- The transaction would violate a law or business policy
Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, retainers, product returns, and order changes are governed by the terms displayed at purchase or contained in the applicable written agreement.
Digital Products and Resources
Any guide, course, worksheet, template, educational material, or other digital product made available through our websites is licensed for the purchaser’s personal use unless a different license is stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, publish, upload, or use a digital product to create a competing product or service.
Access may be suspended when a digital product is used or distributed in violation of its license.
Classes, Workshops, Events, and Memberships
Classes, workshops, studio events, educational programs, or memberships may be subject to separate terms concerning:
- Eligibility
- Scheduling
- Attendance
- Cancellations
- Payment
- Conduct
- Materials
- Photography or recording
- Intellectual property
- Recurring billing
Those terms will be presented when the offering becomes available.
Any automatic-renewal or recurring-payment terms will be disclosed separately before enrollment.

- Website hosting providers
- Scheduling systems

- Payment processors

We do not control third-party websites or services.
Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms, privacy policy, and business practices.
A link does not mean that we endorse every statement, product, or service found on the linked website.
Website Availability
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of our websites without notice.
We do not guarantee that the websites will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or harmful components.

To the extent permitted by law, our websites and publicly available website content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not make warranties regarding:
- Continuous website availability

This section applies to website use. Warranties or commitments concerning paid photography services or products are governed by the applicable written agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lily Rose Photography, Inc., Labrot Studios, Labrot Boudoir, and their directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Liability connected to a paid photography service, product, class, workshop, event, or membership is governed by the applicable written agreement.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lily Rose Photography, Inc., Labrot Studios, Labrot Boudoir, and their directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the websites
- Your material violation of these Terms and Conditions

This obligation does not apply to claims caused solely by our own unlawful conduct.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions when our websites, services, technology, or legal obligations change.
The date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.
Updated terms become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
Your continued use of the websites after revised terms are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
Changes to an existing signed client agreement require the process described in that agreement and are not made merely by changing these website terms.
Termination
You may stop using our websites at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe a user has violated these terms, harmed another person, interfered with the websites, or created a legal or security risk.
Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, any legal proceeding arising solely from website use must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Placer County, California.
You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law or severed when necessary.
The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms and Conditions does not waive our right to enforce it later.
A waiver is effective only when made in writing by an authorized representative of Lily Rose Photography, Inc.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement concerning general use of our websites.
They do not replace any separate contract, proposal, invoice, order, release, license, or written agreement governing a specific photography service or purchase.
